My primary goal as an instructional designer is to empower individuals and organizations through learning. By creating interactive and immersive learning experiences, I aim to facilitate knowledge transfer and drive behavior change that directly translates into improved performance and bottom-line results.

With expertise in instructional design methodologies, adult learning theories, and emerging technologies, I possess a comprehensive skill set to deliver exceptional learning solutions. I am proficient in conducting needs assessments, designing curriculum frameworks, creating engaging multimedia content, and evaluating and refining learning outcomes. Additionally, my strong project management skills enable me to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

As someone who has 25 years of experience in education, I bring a unique perspective to the field of instructional design, combining my deep understanding of pedagogy and andragogy with a drive to innovate and adapt to the dynamic needs of corporate training.

Transitioning from the classroom to corporate instructional design was a natural progression for me. While teaching, I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of well-designed instruction. I realized that by transitioning to instructional design, I could leverage my skills to impact a broader audience and contribute to the growth and development of professionals in various industries.
